Kolki Book and Peace Related Reviews

Regarding “Real Path To 9/11” - it's terrific. I just love it. Very good work. Congratulations! Peace, Cassidy Bush

Dear Kolki, It is indeed a very Powerful writing  and revealing!   Kolki articles should be published in Book Form so that it get the widest readership which lead to a global movement against pseudo imperialist warring nations of the west..  You gave out a wealth of documentary evidence also.   Let the world rise as one to fight injustice and atrocities not heard of!  Warrier.

You are doing Great Work, a Very Great Service to humanity. The major part of world media is strictly controlled or purchased by World Giants. This is indeed misfortune to the mankind. I wish there should be one man like you in every country of the world. With love and pray for your long life. G. Sabir

Deepak Sarkar better known as Kolki is an avid non-violent activist and shows his views through his poems and persuasive writings. He is also the founder of the Kolki Peace Foundation. The foundation is a non-commercial and non-profit organization that is dedicated to try to help people realize that violence is not the answer to problem solving. They also support human rights and equality. Kolki and his foundations share similar views as Emerson. The peace foundation speaks out about the importance of nature and why we the people need it. Emerson also believes this. He believes that by observing nature that we can find more out about ourselves and become better people to this world that we live in. Kolki's foundation has helped out many other organizations as well as peace and nature activists too.

Eminent historian and scholar Professor Mansura Haidar of Aligarh University, India - 'It was always refreshingly pleasant to go through your new creations. It is indeed nice to hear that you have thought of publishing the entire collection so that one enjoys the beautiful contents in continuity and if possible in one go. The themes are so relevant to present day. Let us hope it is just the beginning'.

Dmytro Drozdovskyi, Editor - VSESVIT magazine, Kyiv, Ukraine -

I like your book very much. I see that your poetry is very lucid, and the poetic fragment on the cover in different colors is very awe-inspiring and beautiful. I think that the 'subjectivity' of the text is to construct a kind of reality based on beauty, love, peace and tolerance and mutual coexistence of human beings based on humanity.

Professor Tiwary, Ex Vice Chancellor, India

‘You are a rare poet on line of Tagore, aim that way! Some times you reflect the inspiration from Tagore. May your serene thoughts for the globe succeed! Your efforts to plead for the global democratic front are admirable’.

Victoria poet/composer Deepak Sarkar has what he calls a recipe for a better world. It's a new book of poetry called Poems by Kolki - Absolutely Humane (Trafford, $24.95). Sarkar's work, a book about universal well-being, peace and love, is written, he says, "as I see it, as I feel it." The author, who is also a performer, music teacher and professional engineer, was raised in southern Calcutta and offers a broad selection of poetry that considers such topics as diplomacy, utopia, war crimes, love, friends, democracy and wealth’.

Dr. Radha Banerjee, an eminent scholar on Buddhist Art

I have read your book very carefully and it is an excellent one. You have consumed the essence of the ideals of the great men and poets, fighters and patrons of peace and harmony. From your poems one can get a glimpse of your vast learning and universal knowledge. Justice and peace are ingredients of your learning and universal mind. More I praise it the less it is.

Peter Haesner, Germany - I must say it is somewhat anticyclical, mostly inspirational.

Mr. Felix Trinidad -
Thank you for words of inspiration. I would like to dedicate it to a fallen hero, Brad Wills, a young white radio host who was covering the killings of peasants in Taxaco, Mexico when he was assassinated last November by police sniper on the orders of both governments. His death was as deliberate and caused by the same people as the world trade center. He is a true hero as he gave his life that thousands of poor in Mexico can have a better life.

V. Balambal - Deeply moved.

Dr. Pratip K Debnath - Fantastic, please nurture this talent.

Sethu Raju - Thanks for your publication of a book of poems. I was able to read a few that appeared in the internet and enjoyed

Buddhadev Bhattacharya - You are excellent. I have read your all sending Poems. Going on Sir….

Mr. Ranjit Dhar - Enjoyed very much!

Cameron Wigmore, Green Party, Canada - I enjoy your emails and poems. Please do keep them coming through!

Dr. Shashibala, Art Historian, International Academy of Culture - Hearty congratulations.

Amitkumar Pandya – Nice Poems.

Abhijit Dutta, Siemens, India - It’s a superb creation by you.

Dear Deepak Sarkarji:

Your Poem on the occasion of Dewali coined and penned by you is a very good and timely one to all of us at large.

I sent an attachment of your poem to as many friends/relatives as I have  in the United States, Canada, Engliland and in Europe. I also suggested that they, if they like, should pencil their appreciation to you.

By the way, I am  Dr. Julu Ramanu Kothapa, Ph.D.(USA)  and retired professor of Marketing in America. We have been living in America for the last forty (40) years.  My family still lives there. Our two children are pursuing their further studies at Harvard University in Boston, Massachusetts.

I am now in India on a project. When and if I land in Canada, I will call upon you on a courtesy call. I visited all parts of Canada many a times.

 Thanks and Regards,

(aka Ramanujulu in India)
