Stretch –
Stretch your hands on the side parallel to
the ground
Like the wings of the Canadian Geese!
Keep them stretched –
Until you feel movement of the wings!
Stretch your hands up -
As if you are reaching the sky
Keep them stretched –
Until you feel the lift!
Stretch your hands forward -
As if you are reaching the horizon
Keep them stretched –
Until you feel the takeoff!
Now close your eyes and think blank
Until you feel you are flying!
