CIA Undermining World Corporations Including Nortel Using Dun & Bradstreet and Moody;s Investor Services!! (Deepak Sarkar, 7/26/2002)

I never believed when I saw a note from then U.S. President Ronald Reagan to Dun & Bradstreet in Toronto, Canada, in June of 1986.  The letter, which was a company secret, stated ‘In absence of the cold war, US must use the internal data about International corporation toward US economic advantage’.

The first thing came into my mind was to copy the letter and send it to Canadian media as well as politicians.  But, it was illegal for an employee.  I moved to USA by January 1987 and forgot the issue entirely.

Now that I am back in Canada and have been watching Canadian companies, like Nortel, Telus and JDS,  losing stock values to Junk status due to repeated downgrading by US based Moody’s Investor Services, I did some research of my own to find any link among Moody’s, Dun & Bradstreet and CIA! Here is what I found.

Using Dun & Bradstreet's WorldBase file, Moody’s Investor Services is providing CIA valuable internal company data, for over 28 million public/private companies in over 200 countries, to build the CIA World Fact Book.

It is apparent that with advise from the State Department, Moody’s unilaterally picking world companies, which are in direct competition with US companies, downgrading their stocks leading them to bankruptcy while US companies get back their market prominence.

Imagine, a company like Nortel, with 20% of world’s telecommunications market became junk bond company within a year due to repeated  systematic downgrading by the Moody’s Investment services, a CIA arm working in more than 200 countries.  They already destroyed JDS/Uniphase.  Now they are after Telus and the Swedish Telecommunication company Ericsson.

USA has been playing the recession game since the inauguration of the Non-Democratically installed President George Bush and its mostly military regime creating chaos in the world market as US industries reorganize to be dominant economic forces.
